I am writing to request information regarding any previous fire safety complaints, inspections, or enforcement actions taken by the London Fire Brigade in relation to: 48 Yester Road, Chislehurst, BR7 5HR. I am requesting the following: 1. Dates and nature of any fire safety inspections conducted at the above address within the past 7 years; 2. Copies or summaries of any fire risk assessments, enforcement notices, or recommendations issued to the managing agent or freeholder; 3. Records of any complaints received about fire safety hazards at this address (including issues relating to communal storage, electrical safety, or blocked access routes); 4. Whether the LFB has deemed the communal cellar or adjacent areas compliant or non-compliant with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005; 5. Any correspondence between the LFB and the responsible persons or their agents regarding fire safety at the property.
