We were the lawful owners of unit 1.07 at this property until May 2022. Iwould be grateful if you could provide written confirmation of thefollowing information from your fire safety records: 1. The exactdate and time when block 118 Southwark Bridge Road was deemeduninhabitable. or unsafe for occupation due to fire safety concerns. 2. The date when unit 1.07 in block 118 Southwark Bridge Road was confirmed as safe and habitable for reoccupation following completion of fire safety works. 3. Any supporting documentation,fire risk assessments, inspection reports, or correspondence relating to the above dates. This information is required to supply to Southwark Council in relation to their demand for council tax payment during the period when the property was not habitable. We need this documentation to support our case that council tax should not be payable for the period when the unit was uninhabitable due to fire safety concerns. Please could you provide this information in writing at your earliest convenience
