If available, please also provide a breakdown of these staff by: • Role/rank (e.g., Firefighter, Crew Manager, Watch Manager, etc.) • Type of flexible working pattern • Annual totals for the last five years, showing any change over time 3. Financial impact Please provide any information held on: • Whether flexible working arrangements for operational staff have created additional costs, and the nature of those costs. • Whether flexible working arrangements have resulted in financial savings (for example, reduced overtime, improved retention, lower training/recruitment costs). • Any internal assessments, monitoring, reports, or summaries relating to the financial impact of operational flexible working.
