Please provide the following: 1. A list of all Salvation Army-owned, operated, or managed properties falling under your jurisdiction, including the address and premises type (e.g., care home, hostel, supported housing, etc.). 2. The dates and outcomes of the most recent fire-safety audits or inspections conducted at each property since 1 January 2020. 3. Copies of any Notices of Deficiencies, Enforcement Notices, Alteration Notices, or Prohibition Notices issued in respect of these premises. 4. Details of any ongoing or outstanding fire-safety actions, compliance issues, or enforcement proceedings involving The Salvation Army. 5. The names (or job titles if names are withheld for privacy reasons) of the identified responsible persons for each location at the time of inspection. 6. Copies of any correspondence between ESFRS and The Salvation Army (or their representatives) relating to fire-safety matters for these properties from 1 January 2020 to present. If any part of this request is likely to exceed the statutory cost limit, please process it up to the limit and advise how I can narrow or refine the scope.
