Please provide statistics for the number of primary fires in dwellings, with a breakdown by cause - that is, by the categories of accidental or deliberate - for each London borough and for the City of London, for each calendar year, from 2020 to 2026 (to date). Please give the ‘accidental or deliberate’ split by percentage as well as by number, in each case. Please also give GLA totals and percentages for each year, and borough and City of London numbers and percentages as totals for the whole period 2020-2026.
