2. Information Requested
I am requesting the Fire Safety Inception reports,
• LFB latest Fire Risk Assessment review of the building, given the extensive redevelopment works ongoing since February 2024 with an occupied building.
• Any document or information to establish the date when the fire alarm panel was last serviced (date on NICEIC label is 2007).
• technical inspection carried out after 9 January 2026: LFB attended my address due to smell in the communal area/ suspected gas/ confirmed toxic waterproof paint).
• Any fire safety/ audit reports/ records of previous inspections carried out at this address.
• Any past Notices issued to the landlord or "Responsible Person" for the building, in relation to the fire alarm system or general fire safety management.
