I request copies of all notices, technical reports, fire engineering reports, Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), Pre-Occupation Fire Risk Assessments (POFRAs), specialist assessments, inspection reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, file notes and any other documents held by the London Fire Brigade relating to Grand Union Heights from 1 January 2023 to the date of this request - ( Since the building was built). This includes, but is not limited to:
* Any Enforcement Notices, Alterations Notices, Prohibition Notices, or other formal notices issued or considered.
* Any technical or specialist reports received, commissioned, reviewed or relied upon by the London Fire Brigade.
* Any Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), Pre-Occupation Fire Risk Assessments (POFRAs), fire engineering reports or other fire safety assessments.
* Any inspection reports and records of site visits.
* Any correspondence, emails, meeting minutes and notes between the London Fire Brigade and Sovereign Network Group (SNG) concerning the evacuation, fire safety, remediation works, enforcement action and proposed reoccupation of Grand Union Heights.
