Subject: Request for Fire Safety Audit Reports – Cygnet House, SE10 9UFDear ,I am writing in my capacity as a Director of the Right to Manage company for Cygnet House(CHARM RTM Company). I would be grateful if you could provide copies of the two fire safety audit reports relating toCygnet House, Woodland Crescent, Greenwich, London SE10 9UF. The audits I am seeking are:•The audit which resulted in a Notice of Deficiencies dated 29 August 2021.•The subsequent audit dated 17 December 2021. The relevant file reference is 94/253154.I would appreciate it if copies of both reports could be shared with me at your convenience.
