Dear London Fire Brigade, Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following information: Copies of all correspondence (including emails, letters, file notes of phone calls or meetings, and any attached reports) between the London Fire Brigade and Westminster City Council concerning fire safety at Holcroft Court, Clipstone Street, London between 1 January 2023 and today’s date. Within that period, copies of any documents or correspondence in which LFB: a) Discusses or gives advice on the appropriate fire strategy for Holcroft Court (for example, “stay put” versus “simultaneous evacuation”), and/or b) Refers to, relies upon, or comments on any cone calorimetry testing or other fire testing of the external wall/window systems at Holcroft Court. If possible, please provide the information in electronic form (PDF or similar). I understand that you may need to redact third‑party personal data in line with the FOI Act. If any of the information is refused, please: Specify which exemption(s) you are relying on, and Explain why the exemption(s) apply, including how you have considered the public interest test where relevant.
