I am writing to submit a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations. I am personally interested in verifying the public health and safety records regarding this fire. Please provide a copy of the Mobilisation Report (End-of-Incident Report), damage assessment, or fire investigation report for the incident that occurred on Saturday, 13 November 2010 at the Administration Block of Cane Hill Hospital, Coulsdon. Specifically, I would like to verify if any hazardous materials, such as asbestos or toxic fibers, were identified by the attending crews or recorded as an environmental risk during or after the 24-hour firefighting operation on site.
