Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 concerning the premises at 421 Hendon Way, London NW4 3LH, currently in use as offices trading as DCK Solicitors. Please provide copies of, or information from, the following records held by the London Fire Brigade in relation to these premises: 1. Any fire safety audits or inspections carried out under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, including the dates and outcomes; 2. Any enforcement notices, prohibition notices, or alterations notices issued in respect of the premises; 3. Any information held regarding the maximum permitted occupancy of the premises, or any assessment of safe occupancy levels; 4. Any correspondence with the owner, occupier, or responsible person concerning fire safety at the premises. If any of this information is exempt from disclosure, I would be grateful if you could confirm what records are held and explain the basis of any exemption applied.
