Following previous FOI requests, I have been provided with the various Enforcement Notices and Deficiency Notices issued by LFB. In the attached LFB “LOG” that i requested, On 13/11/2024 the log is unclear. Please forward a Copy of the “Notice” that was issued to the Freeholder (E&M) by LFB . I am requesting this under freedom of information. The log States that there has been very little communication with the building owners and Vistry since April. Can LFB Please also confirm - When was the submission for the agreed remediations made to the BSR by Vistry and the building owners ? This is not clear from the very Limited information you have provided. The last entry on the log is on 16/7/25 with R&R. R&R are a dreadful management company and anything they say can be taken as unreliable. Please confirm the actual submission date to the BSR by E&M and Vistry and advise of that date. My understanding is that the BSR requires 8 Weeks turnaround once they receive the remediation plan not 24-27 weeks. ?
