245 Streatham High Road, London SW16 6ER. The LFB kindly obliged FOI requests from me in the past by sending Safety Deficiency Notices issued to the freeholder in February 2020, November 2020 and February 2023 that myself and other leaseholders had not previously seen.
I am now writing to ask if there has been any further correspondence between the LFB and the freeholder, or their managing agents, on safety matters at Century House in the two years since my last FOI request was made to the LFB on 19 August 2023 (FOIA 7823.1 LFB). If so, I would be very grateful if you could e-mail copies of the correspondence to me. The freeholder is Century House (Freehold) Ltd. The current managing agent is Prime Property Management a.k.a. Prime Management (PS) Ltd. The previous managing agent was Houston Lawrence Management Ltd. Century House 245 Streatham High Road London SW16 6ER
