I request the following information held by the London Fire Brigade concerning the Pathé Building, 103–109 Wardour Street, London W1F 0UH, for the period 1 January 2024 to the date of this request: 1 - Records of any audits, inspections or visits carried out by LFB at the building under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, including the dates, outcomes and any findings or deficiencies recorded. 2 - Copies of any enforcement action, notices of deficiency, alterations notices, or informal notifications issued by LFB to the Responsible Person in respect of the building. 3 - Records of any fire safety concerns, complaints or fault reports concerning the building received by LFB from any party (with personal data of third parties redacted as required). 4 - Correspondence between LFB and the building's Responsible Person and/or its agents concerning fire safety at the building, including in relation to the waking watch, the fire alarm upgrade, the evacuation strategy, and ductwork or riser defects. I am content for personal data to be redacted under the applicable exemptions. If the request as framed would exceed the cost limit, please treat items 1 and 2 as the priority and advise me how the remainder could be refined. I would like the information in electronic format (PDF or similar) by email.
