1. Number of LADO Referrals made 24/25 and 25/26 to date regarding all employees of London Fire Brigade 2. Number of LADO Consultations completed that did not meet the threshold for LADO 24/25 and 25/26 to date. 3. Number of substantiated LADOs resulting in dismissal of the employee 24/25 and 25/26 4. Number of unsubstantiated LADOS 24/25 and 25/26 to date 5. Origin of referrals to PSU and Safeguarding (internal / external) 6. Number of referrals to PSU / safeguarding relating to serving staff and transferrable risk eg. Evidenced risk outside of work eg Domestic Abuse perpetrator (same years) 7. Of these how many were referred to LADO in line with the expected process so that any investigation, HR steps, safeguarding steps are managed by the partnership and overseen by the LADO (same years)
