Request

I am writing to formally submit a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. This request relates to the recent Station Officer promotion process. I previously sought this information from the Recruitment Team but have not received a response. I have since been advised that FOI requests should be directed to your team. For clarity, I am requesting the following information: 1. What pass mark was set for the Station Officer promotion process prior to the assessments taking place. 2. Whether any grievances were submitted in relation to eligibility to take part in this promotion round, and if so: - How many grievances were received. - Whether any changes were made to the eligibility criteria during or after the application window. - When any such changes were communicated and applied. - How many individuals who were permitted to apply following these changes subsequently passed the process. - Whether any exceptions or discretionary decisions were made for any candidates. If any part of this request is considered exempt under the Act, I would be grateful if you could specify the relevant exemption(s) and provide any information that can be disclosed. Please confirm receipt of this request, that it has been logged as a Freedom of Information request and provide the corresponding reference number. I understand that the statutory timeframe for response is 20 working days.
