Request
Having reviewed the response, I would be grateful if you could assist me with the following additional questions: 1. Maximum occupancy / fire capacity for the rooftop bar The audit report refers to the rooftop bar as the Rumpus Room. This space is currently operated under the name the 12th Knot Bar. Could you please confirm whether the London Fire Brigade holds any record of the maximum permitted occupancy or fire safety capacity for this specific area — either under the name Rumpus Room or 12th Knot Bar? 2. Name change notification Could you please confirm whether the London Fire Brigade received any notification from Sea Containers Hotel Limited regarding the renaming of the rooftop bar from the Rumpus Room to the 12th Knot Bar, and whether any updated fire risk assessment was submitted reflecting this change? 3. Post-incident inspection — 2 August 2025 My original request asked whether any fire safety inspection was carried out following an incident at the venue on 2 August 2025. The response confirmed the most recent audit was completed on 4 March 2025. Could you please confirm whether the London Fire Brigade received any report, notification, or complaint relating to the 12th Knot Bar or Sea Containers Hotel in connection with an event held on 2 August 2025, and whether any inspection or investigation was conducted as a result? 4. October 2024 incident The audit conclusion states it was conducted following a post-incident attendance by fire crews in October 2024. Could you please provide any information held on the public register regarding the nature of that incident? I understand that some of this information may be exempt under section 31 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I am only requesting information available on the public register or otherwise disclosable. I would be grateful if this could be treated as a new FOI request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, with the statutory 20 working day response period applying from the date of receipt
