You will recall that we had asked Proxima to attend to all necessary steps to ensure compliance with the Enforcement Notice and their obligations in the Lease. On 9 February 2023, we were informed by JB Leitch that they have requested evidence from the London Fire Brigade that they are satisfied with the works carried out, however, such evidence has not been provided to date, despite numerous chasers. We have, however, been advised that there are no active enforcement notices from yourselves in respect of the Building so far as JB Leitch are aware. ln light of the above, please confirm that no further action is being taken in relation to the Enforcement Notice at this time (and that no other enforcement action in respect of the Building is currently being contemplated).
