Obtaining Notice of Deficiencies for St Marks Square Bromley

32 Dewey Court, St Marks Square, BR2 9UZ. There have been two high profile files at the development, one in the summer of 2022 and one in 2024. I am under the impression that the developer received a notice of deficiency that has requested them to undertake a program of work of remidiation on the building. This work is ongoing and I am wanting to get access to the report/ notice from the LFB to understand more about the context of work, why it has been requested and the wider context. I originally thought this was an enforcement notice but can't find it on the register and the relevant team advised it does not exist as an enforcement notice; The post codes for the building are BR2 9UZ & BR2 9YF I am also wanting to obtain the two fire incident reports for the fires separately but am having trouble finding these so if you could pass those on also, that would be great.
