The building requires remediation works, due to begin in approximately six months, and There is currently a 24-hour waking watch and fire detection system in place to ensure occupant safety. Could you please let me know: Whether the London Fire Brigade has carried out any recent inspections of this address, and If there are any current safety notices or restrictions in effect for 52 Bedford Road.
