i am the technical director for a business which attempts to manage DSEAR (specifically explosive atmospheres) risk within various industries. For the past 3 years we have been asked to provide support in risk assessing wastewater industry sites. As part of this work, we are trying to collate relevant information which can contribute to the demonstration of sufficient consideration of hazards. Could you please advise if you have been called to fires or similar events (explosion) at wastewater infrastructure such as pumping stations or treatment plants .
