I would like to make a Freedom of Information request concerning LFB attendances at: Meridian Heights Please provide, for the period 1 January 2016 to 29 August 2026, the following information for incidents recorded at this address: - LFB incident number/reference - Date of incident - Time of incident - Incident classification/type - Whether the incident was recorded as a fire, false alarm or special service - Property/building classification recorded for the incident - Whether appliances attended - Number of appliances attending, where recorded - Any publicly disclosable information concerning the nature/cause of the incident - Whether the incident resulted in any enforcement, fire-safety investigation or other follow-up action, where this information is disclosable I would also be grateful if you could provide the equivalent information for any incidents recorded at the same building under an alternative address or postcode designation, if LFB's records use a different address for the building. I am particularly interested in identifying whether there has been a pattern of repeated fires, suspected fires or false alarms at this building. I am not requesting personal data about individual residents. Please redact any personal information where necessary rather than withholding the incident-level information in its entirety. I would also appreciate confirmation of whether the LFB incident on 29 August 2026 has been assigned an incident number and, if so, whether that number can be disclosed.
