I would like to request a tally of the total number of individuals on which you hold any records currently recorded as residing at the following address: 27 Uxbridge Road (Hayes). Please kindly comprehensively search your systems for data about individuals in any form along the following lines. Please then, if you have not already done so in the first step, search your systems for Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (ie: PEEPs), or any other records held in connection therewith, as defined under the recently introduced fire safety legislation. Please provide specific figures of: • Those who have further specified room or unit numbers within that address. (Eg: Room 208, Unit 303, Studio 1119, #509, or similar) • Those who have not specified any room/unit numbers within the building but only given the building’s own street address in whatever form or other as their address. • Those who have specified unit numbers that end in any of: ‘02’, ‘15’, or ‘16’, but which do not begin with the digit '0'. (IE: 102, 202, 302, 402, 502, 602, 702, 802, 902, 1002, 1102, 1202, 1302, 115, 215, 315, 415, 515, 615, 715, 815, 915, 1015, 1115, 1215, 1315, 116, 216, 316, 416, 516, 616, 716, 816, 916, 1016, 1116, 1216, or 1316.) For each of the above three bullet points, please provide the figures that were presently accurate on each of the following dates: * 15 Nov 2024 * 03 Apr 2025 * 03 Oct 2025 and, at the end of each of the following months: * Dec 2024 * Feb 2025 * May 2025 * Jul 2025 * Sep 2025 * Dec 2025 * May 2026 Please note that there are some confusions and discrepancies whereby sometimes the postcode of this building is indicated as UB4 0UG and sometimes it is indicated as UB4 0JN. The name of the property is sometimes variously called ‘&Soul’ or ‘And Soul’ or ‘Andsoul’ or ‘And – soul’ or possibly some other variation of this, and this may conceivably be substituted for the street number, or perhaps combined with it. I am not seeking any personal data, names, or medical information. Furthermore, I am only seeking an aggregate tally of individuals who are registered in your records with some permutation or variation of that address. In case any particular figure is less than 5 and so felt to be at risk of personally identifying any person, then please simply provide the figure rounded to a range as ‘>0<6’. In case it is more than 5, yet less than 11, then please simply give it as bounded range of >5<11, in case this is felt necessary to avoid disclosing individuals' personal information. In case the figure is 11 or more, then please certainly just give the precise figure. Finally, in general, please provide any general (ie, non-person-specific) data held by your organisation in relation to the aforementioned address. (27 Uxbridge Road, UB4 0UG and/or UB4 0JN)
