"Disclosure of all documentation, correspondence, and submissions provided by the Responsible Person in support of each extension granted since April 2023." and "confirmation of such fire safety works as have been carried out and approved by the LFB in accordance with the notice served by them, and such other works as remain to be completed.”
1.Provide all correspondence, evidence, and progress reports submitted by the Responsible Person for each Enforcement Notice extension granted since April 2023.
