SCOPE OF REQUEST: I request all personal data held by London Fire Brigade relating to me and/or the property at 104 Greencroft Gardens, London NW6 3PH from 1 January 2025 to present. 2. INSPECTION & ASSESSMENT RECORDS * All fire safety inspection reports for the property * All fire risk assessments or fire safety audits * All hazard identification records or safety evaluation notes * All site visit records, attendance logs, or inspection notes * All photographs, diagrams, or technical documentation from inspections * All compliance assessments or enforcement consideration records 3. INTERNAL CASE MANAGEMENT * All case notes, file records, and internal memos relating to the property * All recommendations, advice, or guidance provided to other agencies about the property * All records of decisions regarding enforcement action, referrals, or follow-up * All discussions regarding jurisdictional responsibility (LFB vs Camden Council) * All records of case escalation or management oversight * All compliance tracking or monitoring records 4. OFFICER RECORDS * All diary entries, calendar appointments, or scheduling records relating to the property or any of the named parties * All handwritten notes, meeting minutes, or briefing documents * All telephone call logs, records, or notes of conversations * All email communications from XXXXXX sent items, inbox, deleted items, or archived folders mentioning any search terms 5. INCIDENT & COMPLAINT RECORDS * All incident reports relating to the property * All emergency call records or 999 call logs * All complaint records or concern reports from any source * All records of public safety concerns raised about the property * All risk flagging or warning systems records 6. COMMUNICATIONS CONTAINING KEYWORDS All communications (internal or external) containing any of the following terms in relation to the property: * Fire safety, fire risk, fire hazard * Gas safety, gas certificate, Gas Safe * Electrical safety, electrical hazard, EICR * HMO, House in Multiple Occupation * Category 1 hazard, Category 2 hazard, HHSRS * Housing Act 2004, Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 * Enforcement action, prosecution, improvement notice, prohibition order * Camden Council enforcement, local authority, coordination * Unlicensed, non-compliant, unsafe conditions * Referral, jurisdiction, responsibility * Any reference to serious safety defects or immediate risks 7. MANAGEMENT & LEGAL RECORDS * All communications involving Station Managers, Watch Managers, or senior officers regarding the property * All communications with LFB legal team or solicitors * All legal advice sought or received * All enforcement policy interpretations or guidance * All records of management decisions about how to handle the case ________________________________ LEGAL BASIS FOR REQUEST: This request is made under Article 15 of the UK GDPR and Section 45 of the Data Protection Act 2018. I have the right to obtain: * Confirmation that you are processing my personal data * Access to that personal data * Information about the purposes of processing * Information about recipients or categories of recipients * The retention period or criteria used to determine it * Information about my rights to rectification, erasure, or restriction * The right to lodge a complaint with the ICO ________________________________ CONTEXT & URGENCY: This request relates to serious ongoing housing safety concerns at my property, including: * Fire safety hazards * Gas safety deficiencies * Electrical safety issues * Potential unlicensed HMO operation * Category 1 hazards under the Housing Health and Safety Rating System I understand that LFB has been involved in assessing the property and/or coordinating with Camden Council regarding enforcement responsibilities. I need to understand: * What fire safety concerns LFB identified * What information LFB provided to Camden Council * What enforcement actions LFB recommended or took * How jurisdiction and responsibility were determined between agencies * What follow-up monitoring occurred This information is essential for me to understand the regulatory response to serious safety issues affecting my health and welfare. I would be grateful for expedited processing if possible, though I understand the statutory deadline is one month from receipt. ________________________________ STATUTORY TIMELINE: Under Article 15(3) UK GDPR, you must respond without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receiving this request.
