RE: Freedom of Information Request – Fire Safety Enforcement Activity Relating to London Borough of Lambeth Housing Premises Dear Freedom of Information Officer / Information Officer, I am writing on behalf of the London Borough of Lambeth under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. To minimise the burden of this request and assist with retrieval, I request information relating only to residential housing premises owned or managed by London Borough of Lambeth Responsible Person during the period 1 September 2024 to 31 August 2026. Please provide: 1. A list of all Enforcement Notices issued by the London Fire Brigade under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 during this period to Responsible Person of London Borough of Lambeth (LBL) council 2. A list of all Notices of Deficiencies issued during this period from LFB to LBL. 3. A list of all premises for which the London Fire Brigade issued a Broadly Compliant Letter or equivalent compliance outcome during this period to LBL. For each record, please provide only: Premises address; Date of issue; LFB reference number (where available); Type of correspondence (Enforcement Notice, Notice of Deficiencies, or Broadly Compliant outcome). At this stage, I am not requesting supporting documents, inspection reports, photographs, correspondence chains, schedules of works, or attachments. Should further information be required, a separate request may be submitted. If any part of this request is considered likely to exceed the appropriate limit under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the information for Enforcement Notices and Notice of Deficiency only from LFB to LBL and advise what information may be refined further to enable disclosure.
