I am requesting a copy of the Full Manager’s Report and the Incident Record regarding a Fire Marshal’s inspection of this property.
Response
Our Fire Safety Regulatory department have provided me with a copy of the Senior Fire Safety Officer (SFSO) report completed after an alleged fire risk (AFR) was reported to LFB (LFB AFR incident reference number: 081197-04052026).
