Under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR) and the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting recorded information for the period from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2022 relating to the Newlon Housing Trust development bounded by Schoolhouse Lane, Cable Street, and Glasshouse Fields in Wapping. This specifically includes the buildings known as Len Bishop Court, Glasshouse Fields, and John Bowers Court (postcodes E1W 3A_). Please provide the following: Records of any fire safety inspections, audits, visits, deficiency reports, enforcement notices, alteration notices, prohibition notices, or decisions not to take formal action concerning this building. Any correspondence (including emails and letters) between the LFB and Newlon Housing Trust concerning external walls, cladding, insulation, fire stopping, flat entrance doors, remediation, FRA findings, EWS1, or documentation issues. Any complaint logs or incident reports specifically referring to fire safety at this address. Any internal reports, summaries, action logs, or follow-up notes generated after inspections or complaints. Any records indicating the exact dates on which the LFB was first notified of issues relating to external walls, fire stopping, or related fire-safety matters at this building.
