Paragon Customer Communications, based at RM9 6BF had a visit from our insurer a few weeks ago and they expressed considerable concerns regarding the risk posed to our site by our neighbour, Stolthaven (a bulk chemical and gas storage facility).The concerns raised by our insurer are stated in the email below.In short, the insurer has requested that the Fire Brigade share the disaster recovery plan for the ignition and loss of containment of the storage on the Stolthaven premises. Stolthaven's address is Choats Road, Dagenham, Essex, RM9 6PU, and, as depicted below, their facility is directly behind ours: If it would be possible please to share the Fire Brigade's disaster recovery plan so that I can send this to our insurer.
