I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act. I would like to request access to the following fire safety documentation currently held on file for the New Capital Quay development, specifically the Canary View building: · Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) – whole-building risk review · FRAEW – external wall fire risk appraisal · PAS 9980 assessments relating to cladding risk This request relates specifically to any information you hold regarding these assessments for the above-mentioned development and building. I would prefer to receive this information in electronic format, specifically as PDF copies. If any part of my request is unclear or requires refinement, please let me know so I can clarify. If the information requested is exempt from disclosure, I would appreciate an explanation citing the relevant exemption. I look forward to your response within the statutory timeframe.
