I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and/or Environmental Information Regulations 2004. I am seeking information relating to Bruce House a residential building managed by A2Dominion Housing Group. Please provide, where held, information for the past five years relating to: 1. The number of incidents, emergency call-outs, operational attendances, or fire brigade mobilisations to Bruce House. 2. A breakdown of the reasons for attendance, where available, including: - fire alarm activations; - smoke incidents; - lift rescues or lift entrapments; - flooding or water ingress incidents; - electrical concerns; - communal obstruction concerns; - welfare concerns; - any other recorded attendance categories. 3. Any available incident summaries, operational logs, or records relating to repeat attendance at the building. 4. Details of any inspections, audits, operational visits, or fire safety assessments undertaken at the building. 5. Details of any fire safety deficiencies, recommendations, enforcement activity, informal notifications, or concerns identified in relation to: - communal escape routes; - obstructions within communal areas; - lift reliability affecting evacuation; - fire doors; - smoke ventilation; - compartmentation; - damp, flooding, water ingress, or deterioration affecting fire safety. 6. Any correspondence between the London Fire Brigade and: - A2Dominion Housing Group; - Harrow Council; relating to fire safety or operational concerns at Bruce House. 7. Any policies or operational guidance used by the London Fire Brigade when assessing: - lift outages and evacuation risk; - communal obstruction risks; - repeat attendance patterns at residential buildings. If the requested information cannot be provided in full, please provide as much information as possible within the statutory cost limit. I would prefer the information in electronic format where available.
