RE: Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) Request I am writing to make a formal request for information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 regarding fire safety enforcement actions at the above address. I am a resident leaseholder at this property. On 1 April 2026, a London Fire Brigade Enforcement Officer attended the premises to inspect ongoing fire safety failures, specifically focusing on immediate risks regarding the communal fire alarm system and outstanding issues from a September 2025 Fire Risk Assessment. [1] To assist my solicitor in ongoing asset protection and First-tier Tribunal proceedings, I require formal copies of the findings. Please provide the following information: 1. A copy of any Enforcement Notice, Notice of Deficiencies, or formal letter served on the landlord/managing agent (Manorstyle Limited) following the site visit on 1 April 2026. 2. A copy of the inspection report, notes, or data log recorded by the attending Enforcement Officer on that date. 3. Details of any remedial deadlines or statutory actions imposed on Manorstyle Limited regarding the communal fire alarm or block safety. 4. Confirmation of Joint Inspection Protocol: I also request confirmation or internal notes regarding whether this was scheduled as a joint multi-agency inspection. It was our understanding that representatives from the local council's Housing Enforcement/Private Sector Housing team were scheduled to attend alongside the LFB on 1 April 2026, but failed to appear. Please provide any recorded correspondence or logs showing why the joint inspection protocol failed. As this matter involves an active structural risk and the landlord has since allowed the building's communal insurance to lapse completely this information is urgently required to protect public safety and prevent property devaluation. I note your statutory 20-working-day response window and look forward to receiving your acknowledgment.
