We are requesting information relating to Enforcement Notice reference 27/012115/PDB issued on 10 August 2021 concerning Flats 1-28, Greystoke Court, Hanger Lane, Ealing W5 1EN. We understand that in July 2022 the time allowed for completion of remedial works was extended to 9 February 2023. Please provide: 1. Copies of any follow-up inspection reports, audit reports, review reports, or compliance assessments carried out after the enforcement notice was issued. 2. Copies of any documents relating to the decision to extend the compliance deadline to 9 February 2023, including the reasons for granting the extension. 3. Records showing whether the requirements of the enforcement notice were considered by the London Fire Commissioner to have been complied with, including the date compliance was confirmed (if applicable). 4. Copies of correspondence between the London Fire Brigade and the responsible person, managing agent, freeholder, or their representatives concerning compliance with the notice after 10 August 2021. 5. Details of any further enforcement action considered or taken after 9 February 2023, including any additional notices, enforcement decisions, cautions, or prosecution considerations. 6. Confirmation as to whether the enforcement case relating to this notice is now considered closed and, if so, the date on which it was closed. 7. Copies of any documents created after 9 February 2023 identifying outstanding fire safety deficiencies, unresolved compliance concerns, or incomplete remedial works relating to the premises.
