Please could you provide the following information for the most recent 12-month period available: 1. The total number of Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) or parking fines issued to operational vehicles. 2. Where possible, a breakdown of: * Private parking charge notices (issued by private parking operators) * Council-issued parking fines (Penalty Charge Notices) 3. The number of these PCNs that were: * Cancelled * Successfully appealed * Paid 4. If available, an estimate of the administrative cost or staff time associated with handling these PCNs.
