I am making a further Freedom of information request for LFB to provide the following information regarding the Buildings : Bailey House, Butterfield House, & Bush House at: Master Gunner Place Berber Parade London SE18 4GD The building owners Samnas Limited and their Management company Rendall & Rittner have received many LFB Enforcement Notices since 2020 regarding these Buildings. The latest Enforcements issued to Samnas Limited In relation to the serious fire Safety failings at the three Buildings were issued by LFB on 4/12/2024 requiring Compliance by 4/12/25 (see attached). The building owners and their management again did not comply with the Enforcements. Please provide the communication from LFB to Samnas Limited and Rendall & Rittner following their Non Compliance with the 4/12/2024 Notices and the action being taken by LFB since 4/12/2025. Also please provide details of all the Current Enforcements and Deficiency Notices issued to Samnas Limited and Rendall & Rittner In relation to these Buildings. Also please supply an updated Copy of the LFB log showing all visits made to these Buildings at Master Gunner Place from 2020 to date.
