I am writing to request information regarding London Fire Brigade (LFB) attendances to the following address: 154 Gloucester Terrace, London, W2 6HR Please provide the following information for the period between 01.01.2020 and 31.12.2021 inclusive (the "relevant period"): 1. Copies of all Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) logs relating to LFB attendances at this address. 2. Copies of all Incident Reports (whether classified as Fire or Special Services) recorded by attending crews at this address. 3. Any recorded outcomes, incident commander notes, or risk assessment markers placed on this address during the relevant period. Specifically, I am looking to establish: • The date and time of each call and attendance. • The nature of the 'emergency' reported to the control room (eg, "water leak", "flooding", "structural damage") • The recorded outcome of the attendance and th actions taken by the LFB crew and, where applicable, any other public body, upon arrival.
