Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request copies of all reports and formal correspondence generated from the fire safety inspection conducted at Hawker Court, KT2 7SE on 06 October 2026 by LFB Inspector Marie Campbell. Specifically, I am requesting: 1. The complete Fire Safety Inspection Findings Report / Audit Summary. 2. All formal letters, deficiency notices, enforcement notices, or statutory notifications issued to the Responsible Person(s), or Right to Manage (RTM) company before and following this audit. 3. Any schedules of required remedial actions and associated completion timeframes. This information is required in connection with upcoming proceedings before the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) regarding structural safety and building mismanagement. Please provide the information via email in standard electronic PDF format.
