80 Goodhall Street, London NW10 6TS (also known as Kensal View), I would like to request the information that you hold on the building under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. In particular, I would be grateful if you could share the following information covering the period 2023 to today:

* The dates of any LFB attendances, and the recorded reason for each (for example, fire alarm activation, such as on 11 August 2026) together with corresponding reports — if available.

* The dates and outcomes of any fire safety audits or inspections, and any letters or notices issued.

* Any information or notifications LFB has received from the freeholder (Ybest Kensal View Ltd), its managing agents (Trent Park Properties, Urang Property Management, Woodstock Management), or anyone else acting on their behalf. Examples would be building plans, reports of faulty equipment or fire doors, and details of the evacuation strategy.

* Whether the building, or any part of it, is registered with LFB, and since when.
