this block of flats which has been deemed in need of Fire Remediation works under the Building Safety Act. Tower Point Sydney Road Enfield EN2 6SY (& 6SZ) To compound the issues, the freeholder via their estate management arm has installed a fire alarm that has produced around 50 false alarms from Jan 2024 to date. We are in disbelief that this situation is allowed to continue (2 more false alarms last night). I would like to see a record of the many dozens of LFB callouts. One of my fellow leaseholders was advised that the information is available via this page: https://data.london.gov.uk/dataset/london-fire-brigade-incident-records-em8xy However the interactive portal is not functioning, so I downloaded the xl file labelled "LFB incident data from 2024 onwards" - and sorted by postcode of incident location. There are only two incidents to our block showing (screenshot attached). Two questions: * Am I looking in the right place? * If so, why are there only 2 incidents showing when LFB has attended estimate 40-50 times in the period? * Can I please have the full log dating from Jan 2024 to present?
