Request
I am making a Freedom of Information request regarding the following property: I am the owner of the property and I am currently dealing with a planning matter concerning the historical use of the property as an HMO. I understand that the property was licensed as an HMO by Enfield Council from around 2009, and I am trying to establish what fire safety inspections or other records may have been held by the London Fire Brigade in connection with the property. Please could you provide copies of, or details of, any records held by the London Fire Brigade relating to XX, from 1 January 2009 to the present date, including where available: * Fire safety inspections or audits; * HMO-related fire safety inspections; * Visits or attendances by fire safety officers; * Fire Risk Assessments or fire safety assessments; * Notices, recommendations or enforcement action; * Correspondence between London Fire Brigade and Enfield Council concerning the property; * Any records relating to the property in connection with an HMO licence or HMO licensing process; * Any other fire safety records or documents relating specifically to this property. If no records are held for the property, please confirm this. If the information is held under a different address, property reference or historical address, please also check for those records where possible. The information is being requested to establish the historical HMO use and fire safety history of the property.
