Our Fire Safety Regulatory department have let me know that LFB conducted two fire safety audits at 95 Forest Road, E8 3BH on 28 January 2026 (one for the pub at the ground floor and one for the self-contained flats above the pub). The result of both audits were low risk and some verbal action was provided at the time of the audit. No notices were issued by LFB.
I have attached a copy of the Fire Safety Audit forms completed to this response, as PDF file “FOI2026_00670_Disclosure Documents_Redacted” in the ‘Documents’ section below. Please note, personal data has been redacted from the attached fire safety audit reports under section 40 of the FOI act – personal information.
