Request

RE: Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 Premises: Cara House, Brooksby Street, London, N1 1HE LFB Active File Number: 03/283825 Further to my previous correspondence with Fire Safety Advisor and Inspecting Officer, I am submitting formal, definitive evidence of statutory compliance fraud by the Responsible Person (Aster Group). This evidence proves the landlord has deliberately fabricated their live fire safety infrastructure to mislead inspecting officers and evade enforcement under File Reference 03/283825. Full details in the original email sent to fire safety. New FOIA request I would be grateful if you could provide, under the Freedom of Information Act: 1. Any record of consultation, correspondence, meeting notes, or communication between London Fire Brigade and Aster Group (or any of its associated companies) concerning the fire safety assessment of the communal refuse bin storage area at Cara House, dated in the 12 months prior to 10 July 2026. 2. Confirmation of whether London Fire Brigade agreed, endorsed, or otherwise confirmed that Aster Group's assessment of the bin storage location was "suitable and sufficient," and if so, the date and nature of that agreement. 3. Any site visit, audit, or inspection records for Cara House held by London Fire Brigade within the same period. If any of the above is held but you consider it exempt from disclosure, please confirm this and specify the exemption relied upon, in line with your obligations under the Act.
