Request

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in relation to fire lift defects, outages and associated operational impacts within your service area. Please provide the following information for the period between 22 January 2023 and 22 January 2026 relating to high-rise residential buildings subject to the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: The number of incidents, reports or notifications received regarding fire lifts being: out of service, defective, unavailable for firefighting operations, or operating under fault conditions. For each reported building, please provide where available: Building name, address and post code Date the issue was first reported, Date the lift was returned to service, Total duration the lift was out of service, Nature of the defect or issue if available I would request this data is made available in a spreadsheet. If any part of this request exceeds the cost limit under Section 12 of the Act, I would be grateful if the request could be refined to the extent possible rather than refused in its entirety. ---------------------------------------------------------
