LULI COURT, TRIM STREET, LONDON, SE14 6FB (Ref 90/233421/PG) Specifically, where an extension to the compliance period specified in the Enforcement Notice was requested, considered, granted or refused, I request the following information: All written communications Copies of all correspondence, emails, letters, memoranda, reports, file notes, meeting notes and internal communications relating to: any request for an extension of time; consideration of such request; the decision to grant, refuse, or vary any extension; monitoring of compliance with the Enforcement Notice. Records of oral communications Copies of any notes, minutes, file records, transcripts, call logs, contemporaneous notes, diary entries or summaries of telephone conversations, meetings, site visits or other oral discussions relating to: imposing the notice; requests for extension; compliance with the Enforcement Notice; deliberations regarding whether an extension should be granted. Decision-making documents Copies of any assessments, recommendations, reports, briefing papers, risk assessments, decision records or authorisations used in determining whether an extension should be granted. Criteria applied Details of the statutory, policy, operational or other criteria applied when determining: whether an extension should be granted; the length of any extension granted; whether the Responsible Person had demonstrated sufficient progress towards compliance. Copies of any guidance, policies, procedures, frameworks or internal instructions relied upon by officers making that determination. Evidence considered Copies of documents, reports, surveys, certificates, contractor updates, progress reports, photographs or other evidence submitted by or on behalf of the Responsible Person that were considered when deciding whether to extend the compliance period. Authority and governance Details of the officer(s) and position(s) responsible for determining any extension request. Copies of any delegated authority documents identifying who may approve extensions to Enforcement Notices under Article 30 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Compliance monitoring Records of inspections, audits, progress reviews or compliance assessments undertaken between the date of the Enforcement Notice and the date on which any extension decision was made.
