Please provide the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Premises: Peckham Levels Address: 95a Rye Lane, Peckham, London, SE15 4ST Date range: 1 January 2021 to the date of this request. I am requesting fire-safety regulatory information held by London Fire Brigade for the above premises. Please provide the following: 1. Record schedule / index Please provide a schedule or list of fire-safety regulatory records held for the premises during the date range, including, where held: * the date of each fire-safety audit, inspection, visit, reinspection or compliance check; * the type of record or visit; * the recorded outcome; * any risk rating, risk category or audit result; * whether any deficiency, advisory action, notice, follow-up action or enforcement action was recorded. 2. Fire safety audit, inspection and risk records Please provide copies of fire-safety audit reports, inspection reports, visit records, outcome letters, risk ratings, risk categorisations, audit outcomes or equivalent records for the premises during the date range. 3. Deficiency, advisory, action-plan and enforcement records Please provide copies of any records during the date range showing: * fire-safety deficiencies; * required remedial actions; * advisory actions; * schedules of works; * action plans; * informal enforcement action; * enforcement notices; * alteration notices; * prohibition notices; * confirmation of compliance or non-compliance. 4. Complaints, concerns and referrals Please provide records showing any complaints, concerns, referrals, reports or other recorded information received by London Fire Brigade during the date range relating to fire safety at the premises. This includes, where held, records concerning means of escape, fire exits, staircases, evacuation routes, emergency lighting, fire doors, fire alarms, signage, occupancy, crowd management, evacuation procedures, fire marshal arrangements or staff fire-safety training. 5. Follow-up, compliance and latest status records Please provide records of any follow-up action, reinspection, compliance monitoring, remedial action, confirmation of works, closure of issues, outstanding actions, or current open fire-safety matters relating to the premises. Please also provide the latest recorded fire-safety status for the premises, including the most recent audit / inspection outcome, current risk rating or categorisation, open issues, outstanding actions, or confirmation that no current issues are recorded. 6. Targeted correspondence, only where directly linked to the above Please provide correspondence between London Fire Brigade and relevant responsible parties only where that correspondence directly relates to the records requested above. This may include correspondence with the responsible person, premises operator, landlord, freeholder, managing agent, local authority, licensing authority, premises licence holder, or another public authority, but only where the correspondence directly concerns audit, inspection, deficiencies, enforcement, complaints, follow-up, compliance or fire-safety status at the premises. I do not seek personal data of private individuals. Please redact names, direct contact details, signatures and any other personal data where necessary. If any part of this request engages exemptions, please provide the non-exempt material and explain which exemptions are relied upon. If the request as drafted would exceed the applicable cost limit, please do not refuse the whole request without first considering the following narrower approach: 1. provide the record schedule / index requested at point 1; 2. provide any audit / inspection outcomes and risk ratings; 3. provide any deficiency, advisory, action-plan or enforcement records; 4. provide any follow-up, compliance and latest-status records; 5. advise how the remaining parts of the request can be refined under your duty to provide advice and assistance.
