• Any reports or internal communications referencing fire spread within the building during these incidents
• Any recommendations made by the London Fire Brigade regarding building safety or fire safety improvements following these incidents
• Any correspondence between the London Fire Brigade and the building owner, managing agent or contractors relating to fire safety concerns at St Mark’s Square If any of the requested information cannot be disclosed in full, please provide any redacted versions that can be released.
